About:We are currently seeking Industrial Labourers to work onsite at a large industrial plant near Invercargill on an initial 4–6-week project.Paying $28 p/hr, positions will be starting mid November 2024 working day shifts 40hrs + Monday to Friday - with overtime likely.This is a busy environment with plenty of variety and you'll need to be prepared to work in full PPE including respirators.Benefits:Great pay + overtime rates (over 40 hours) paid weekly.Transport provided from Invercargill.Gain qualifications (Working in confined spaces).All PPE provided.To be considered you will:Have an excellent health & safety record, awareness & attitude.Have a team-first approach with the ability to work well with a diverse group.Have the commitment and ability to work until the end of the project.Have a high level of physical fitness and no limitations working in a hot and dusty environment.Be able to pass a pre-employment drug testing & full medical examination.Two recent & relevant work references.Previous experience in manual labour on industrial sites and confined space qualifications would be advantageous but not necessary.Our client is a leader in safe work practices and the benchmark for industrial sites. There are further training opportunities and definite ongoing potential and contract extensions for the right candidates.
