Industrial Electrician - Shift

As the Industrial Electrician (Shift), you are responsible for providing hands-on practical electrical expertise and ensuring that all electrical functions for the division are maintained for optimal performance. You will focus on the reliability of electrical, optimisation, and control systems. In your role, you will also lead the resolution of electrical breakdowns and failures promptly to minimise production downtime while actively participating in preventative maintenance strategies. There is also the opportunity to lead assigned tasks and projects for the Lumber division whilst continuously monitoring and reviewing electrical performance and current processes to identify efficiencies and process improvements. This role is based at our Whirinaki site located 15 mins north of Napier.This is a shift role, to meet the 24/7 nature of the business.
