In this exciting new opportunity tied to new government funding and as an Individual Support Services Organiser, you will be the first point of contact for rostering and enquiries for clients and support workers for the provision of individualised services in and around Melbourne.
You will be facilitating the provision of home supports to clients by working with the client and the Senior Individual Support Services Officer to identify and establish a care team; schedule shift times; respond to daily communication from clients and staff and update/make changes to rosters.Have performance feedback conversations with frontline staff.Assisting with the development of individual support plans, risk assessments and other admin tasks as required.Requirements: Experience/exposure in rostering procedures and carelink rostering systems;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively;Ability to implement person-centred approaches to service delivery;Well-developed computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office products; including Word, Teams and Excel, and Internet and email applications.Administrational experience;Excellent phone manner.Experience with the Commonwealth Home Support Packages.Ideally you will hold, or be able to obtain the following: Certificate III in Disability/Aged Services or experience in the field of human services or equivalent;Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance;Current Working with Children's Check;NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate;Current and Valid Australian Driver's license.For You!
