Indian Chef

Pay rate: $29-$31 per hour with min 30 hours per week
We are seeking talented and passionate chefs to join us. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in Indian Cuisine preparation and cooking, with the ability to create exceptional dishes that delight our guests. The chef will be responsible for menu planning, food presentation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Your responsibilities will be:
Create and update menus, incorporating fresh and local ingredients.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Oversee kitchen staff, providing training and support to ensure efficient operation.
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure proper stock levels.
Maintain food safety standards and hygiene practices in the kitchen.
Monitor food preparation and presentation to meet the business's quality standards.
You must have at least 2 years of cooking experience or a relevant qualification in hospitality or cookery.
