We're highly cross-functional and work across sales, marketing and a range of engineering disciplines.The role:As Evnex's Inbound Sales Specialist, your core focus will be supporting our residential sales channel across both New Zealand and Australia, sharing responsibility for the sales target across both markets.
Your specialisation will be closing residential sales leads for customers who want an EV home charger installed for a faster, safer, and more environmentally friendly charge.
Your success will drive homegrown Kiwi manufacturing, all whilst delivering meaningful social and environmental outcomes.Key responsibilities and skills:Specialise in closing inbound leads for home charging across New Zealand and Australia.Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and differentiation in the market.Demonstrate positivity and a friendly demeanour when on the phone.Strong grammar and attention to detail in written communications.Build strong rapport and trust with customers through clear and prompt communication.Support with quarterly forecasting in your channel.Demonstrate careful attention to CRM processes.Inform the wider business of key opportunities and challenges from residential customers.Influence and establish strong relationships between the sales, marketing and operations teams across markets.Contribute positively to the team culture and embrace the company's core values by demonstrating authenticity, fun, excellent customer service and an aptitude for growth.What we're looking for:The right candidate will have a sales background where they have been part of a team that regularly hits a sales target.
You must be comfortable on the phone and have a passion for helping solve customer's problems.Having the ability to quickly interpret and translate technical information will be essential — and training will be provided in support of this.
