Job Description: As a key member of our sales team, you will specialise in selling nationwide and international moving services, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through inbound lead conversion, ensuring our customers' needs are met and exceeded. We want a person who is confident with selling to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis at our Seaview Offices, in Lower Hutt. This opportunity is ideal for confident/seasoned sales professionals. Scope of functions: Handle inbound sales inquiries by responding to incoming phone calls, web leads and digital communications from customers interested in removal services. Understand the customers' requirements to prepare the moving solution; including details about the move, inventory of items being moved, distance and any special requirements and prepare and provide accurate quotations. Up-sell our range of services offered including packing, storage, foreign currency transfers and insurance options. Provide tailored moving solutions for customers with specific requests such as pets, vehicle and transport shipping, house cleaning and valet unpacking. Use effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and follow-up on leads that have not yet been converted to maximise conversion rates. Maintain accurate records and handle related administration tasks in our industry specific operating system - Moveware. Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure all logistical details are arranged for the schedules moves.
