About the Company: Well-known global organization that is a household name. There is a lot of complexity here to keep you busy and engaged, and this role plays a pivotal part in supporting both customers and the sales function. About the Role: As the Inbound Contact Centre Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of 11 inbound contact centre representatives who support the internal sales team, customers, and end consumers. The nature of the queries will vary from order processing to organizing a technician, handling customer complaints (very rare!), and supporting one of the territory sales reps. This role is all about people. We are looking for an experienced contact centre leader who is highly empathetic, understands what it takes to build strong internal relationships, and can lead the team from the front. You must be comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment where you need to juggle conflicting priorities. About You: This role is focused on people leadership, coaching, and building a high-performance team. You will have previous experience leading an inbound customer service team, either as a team leader or an experienced customer service manager. In addition to this, we are looking for someone who understands what it means to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong internal relationships.
