In-House Senior Solicitor - 12 Month Ftc, Wellington Cbd $90,000 - $110,000

Responsibilities: Provide accurate and timely legal advice to internal staff members
Undertake legal research and be the SME for relevant legislation, regulations and codes
Conduct & manage litigation requirements for cases heading to court
Work with General Counsel to identify, address and reduce legal risks
Provide assistance & mentoring to direct legal team when needed
About you: LLB – with Current Practising Certificate
5+ years PQE
Experience with managing litigation
Extensive understanding of regulatory regimes and machinery of government will work to your advantage
Strong knowledge of the principles of property and public law
Excellent communication and a collaborative working style
