We are on a drive to create and deliver compelling marketing campaigns across multiple channels We need a talented in-house designer, with a fantastic attitude, who is keen and willing to support the marketing team while developing their own career journey.
Based in our modern support office located in Newmarket and reporting to the Senior Designer, this role is an exciting opportunity for you to step into a growing category and learn from the best!
Some key responsibilities will include: Working speedily but accurately in the Adobe creative suite to create and update our collateral. Predominantly creating compelling sales and marketing materials for our brand, care and village marketing teams.
Ability to follow a brief, ask questions and suggest improvements.Comfortable creating print ready art, social media ads and content for web.Previous experience in photo and video editing and graphicsAbout you
You may be a new graduate or with 1-2 years' experience, you are ready to work hard, have a great attitude and a willingness to get stuck in and support the wider team. You are great at meeting people, building relationships and have the confidence to speak up and present your ideas (we will always listen). You will have technical skills such as:
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to create print ready PDFs for print partners or media, using die lines/templatesExperience creating assets for web, email and social mediaUnderstanding of the different requirements for assets for key marketing channels e.g. file types, image orientation, resolution/file sizeVideo editing and graphics experience (preferable)Experience organising and styling photo shoots (desirable)Basic copy editing/writing (desirable)About us At Metlifecare we create homes and communities.
