Import/Logistics Administrator
Telford office based
Monday - Friday
£11.44 per hour to start plus annual bonus and excellent benefits

Modern offices, close to amenities and excellent road links to A442 and M54.
Working in a small team and involved with colleagues across the business in the UK and overseas.
Excellent training and ongoing learning.
Global manufacturing FMCG business.

Duties

Follow up purchase orders
Load notifications
Deal with shipping schedules & associated documentation
Exchange of documents with UK & European service providers
Follow up clearances and book deliveries
Update in-house systems on purchase order progress, track & trace, container ETA and delivery dates
Book couriers
Process invoices and match to purchase orders
Update payment approvals

Essential criteria
Accurate and detail oriented
Advanced IT skills
Excellent verbal & written communicator
Willing to learn
Positive team player
