Your responsibilities will include handling border clearance, managing import documentation, and ensuring that deliveries reach clients on time and in perfect condition.You will be the key point of contact for our clients, overseas agents, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.Key Responsibilities:Collect and process all necessary import documentation for border clearancesManage customs and quarantine clearance processesCoordinate and schedule delivery services to clientsCommunicate effectively with clients, overseas agents, and internal teams to provide timely progress updatesHandle invoicing and other administrative tasksAddress customer queries and provide status updates on shipmentsProvide backup support to Export CoordinatorTo succeed in this role, you will need:Proven experience as an Import Coordinator is essentialCustoms PinFamiliarity with Moveware software is a plusExceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive client experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareWhy Conroy Removals?A supportive and people-focused work environmentA strong foundation of brand values that prioritise our team and customersBecome part of a well-respected family-owned businessIf you're a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people settle into their new homes, we'd love to hear from you.
