Implementation CoordinatorApply locations Auckland Office time type Full time posted on Posted 30+ Days Ago job requisition id JR100988First Things First - What We Can Offer YouHybrid working arrangementsGround-breaking parental leave programUp to 4 weeks' annual "Work from Anywhere" benefitSecond-to-none product trainingOpportunities for growth, development and career progressionFun team camaraderie and eventsPaid volunteer leave daysPublic holiday exchangeCasual dressAnd a range of other fantastic benefits!The JobThe Implementation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Implementation team to achieve overall team effectiveness by coordinating and qualifying all sales leads and administration functions related, in accordance with Simpro company guidelines and procedures.What You'll DoCoordinate and schedule appointments between new clients and implementation consultants.Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, providing timely updates and assistance as needed.Collaborate closely with the implementation team to ensure all client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.Manage a high volume of appointments and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Troubleshoot any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the implementation process.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress, utilizing our CRM system to track and monitor client onboarding.What You'll BringPrevious experience in a recruitment coordination or a sales coordination/scheduling role is highly desirable.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Familiarity with SaaS solutions or software implementation processes is a plus, but not required.Core values required of all Simpro, AroFlo, & Clockshark employees:While experience in the above areas will be highly considered, it's important to note they will be secondary to the person with the right determination, attitude and compatibility.
