We have assembled an exceptional team with backgrounds across the government, nonprofit and private sectors in NZ and internationally.Since the company was founded in 2019, we have worked with 100 + charities including Cure Kids, Auckland City Mission and Barnardos.We are looking for a mission driven Impact Analyst with the skillset to join our team on delivering research and analytics for our customers, helping them to do good, better.
You will be equipped to play a part in making investment work better for communities through delivering our GoodMeasure product applying our standardised Social Return on Investment (SROI) methodologies.This role can be based in our Auckland or Wellington offices.Please make sure you attach a cover letter with your application, letting us know why you think you would be a great fit to join our team!Key Responsibilities:Learn, embrace, and deeply understand our critical path to successfully deliver our GoodMeasure methodology for customersAccurately apply ImpactLab's standardised SROI methodology to customer projectsDeliver high-quality research and analysis that informs and supports the GoodMeasure processLead specialised workshops with customers, ensuring exceptional facilitation and customer experience while supporting the methodologyEnsure accuracy of data inputs to SROI models, using operational, financial, and proprietary data sourcesEngage in collaborative decision-making and quality control processes to ensure sound judgment in SROI analysesCombine all of the above to deliver the GoodMeasure process from start to finish for your customers.
