You must be someone who can work without direct supervision, and engage in regular reporting upwards.Duties and responsibilities:? Communicate and report on their own progress? Manage priorities and workload to meet the requirements of programs and quality? Embrace new concepts and ideas quickly while learning new software packages.? Engage in cost recording procedures and training? Attend meetings as required and contribute to company quality culture.? Be open to coming to Australia for trainingQualificationsTechnical:? A cabinet making background with understanding of detailed joinery is required to work in this role? The drafter should have Shop-Drafting experience in creating drawings for client sign-off? Production drafting experience is preferable to produce drawings for machining & assembly? Must be familiar with industry construction methods, common materials and hardwareSoftware? IMOS (must have 3D modelling experience)? Other software packages such as Cabinet Vision & Microvellum are an assetKey Skills? Cabinet Making? Detailed Joinery? AutoCAD? Assembly & installation experience? Communication?
