Immigration Coordinator

We are seeking an Immigration Coordinator to join our high performing national Immigration team, based in our Christchurch office.
The Role: Our Immigration team provides expert advice and representation to a range of international and domestic based individuals and families as well as their employers to enable them to secure visas to live in and contribute to New Zealand. Lane Neave holds New Zealand's leading immigration practice, operating out of offices in Auckland and Christchurch.

You will support our lawyers to put together visa applications and manage associated files/paperwork. Responsibilities will include opening files, preparing application forms, compiling, and uploading documentation, diarising, and managing applications according to key dates, preparing correspondence and other key administrative support functions such as assisting with our social media platforms.
While some administrative experience would be an advantage (for example, experience with Microsoft Office Products and Canva), experience is not necessary.  We are committed to developing our Coordinators' skills and want to hear from people are interested, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
As one of our Immigration Coordinators you will: Assist with the administration and coordination of immigration processes;Grow your understanding of New Zealand's immigration system and visa applications;Continuously learn and look to improve our processes and practices; andConnect with others and build strong working relationships.
