Immediate Start - Strawberry Picker / Cafe Worker Position Type: Seasonal (October 2024 to late January 2025)
Location: Te Puke (please do not apply if you live in Rotorua or Hamilton)
Remuneration: The rate is $25.00 per hour (including Holiday Pay)
We are looking for multi-skilled staff as strawberry pickers/cafe workers/hospo to join our team. Great opportunity for regular work if you are flexible with hours. Some experience required, but on-the-job training will be provided. As a picker/packer, you'll need:
Good level of fitness (you'll be on your feet; no bending, all our strawberries are waist height)
Good eye-hand coordination
Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
Minimum age: 16
Barista training may be an advantage
Our pickers/packers work up to approximately 30 hours a week (depending on your role and crop/weather permitting) and must be available weekends (6 days a week of work).
On-site accommodation may be available for self-contained vehicles (basic shower/toilet facilities available).
