Identity Security Manager

We're looking for a seasoned Identity Security Specialist to build and lead a consulting team within a professional services organisation.Key Responsibilities:Lead and grow an Identity Security practice, working closely with national cyber security partners.Partner with clients to evaluate their business strategies and technology environments to provide recommendations that improve their ability to respond to cyber risks.Manage, mentor, and grow teams while overseeing the health and expansion of the practice.Identify opportunities to enhance existing services and solutions for clients.Required Experience:15+ years of career experience, with at least 5+ years focused on Identity Services.Recent client-facing experience in cyber security.Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.Commercial acumen with the ability to grow and enhance services and client relationships.Experience with identity solutions such as Saviynt and/or Okta is beneficial.A relevant tertiary or professional qualification, including vendor certifications, is preferred.If you're an expert in Identity Security with a passion for leading teams and driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you.What's in it for you:This is an exciting opportunity to build an elite team, delivering quality through collaboration with the best talent in the industry.
