In this role, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of customer projects within the Digital Services Customer Unit (DS CU), focusing on Packet Core, 5G, and other core network domains. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key contributor to our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.What you will do:Manage and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of ICT projects, including Packet Core, 5G, and related digital services, ensuring they meet the agreed objectives, timelines, and quality standards.Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.Engage with customers early in the project to define requirements, identify risks, and establish clear delivery plans.Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and initiating corrective actions when necessary.Optimize the use of resources, balancing onshore and offshore teams to achieve project efficiency and maintain profitability.Ensure that all projects adhere to standard processes, methods, and tools, and that integrated governance and delivery metrics are followed.Provide regular project updates, reports, and forecasts to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.Promote the use of automation, tools, and best practices in project delivery to improve efficiency and quality.Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing development of Ericsson's project management practices.The skills you bring:A solid understanding of Packet Core, 5G, and related telecommunications technologies.Experience managing ICT projects, with a focus on digital services and network solutions.Familiarity with telecom project management tools and methodologies.Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.Ability to manage project budgets, track financial performance, and ensure the profitability of projects.Strong analytical skills with the capability to assess project risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.7+ years of experience in ICT project management, with at least 5 years focusing on telecommunications projects.Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
