We are currently looking for an additional ICT Engineer to join our growing Invercargill-based team. Based in our Invercargill office and working with our clients in the region, you will be supported by our help desk team and solutions architects.The RoleYour primary functions will be working with our business clients in the region, supporting predominantly their on-premise/virtualized environments and networking (Cisco switching/APs, FortiNet Firewalls), along with cloud environments (typically Microsoft 365/Azure/AWS) and Windows desktop support. You will work closely with senior members of the team to identify customer requirements and achieve the best possible outcome for the customer.The candidate must have at least three years of experience in the industry with the following technologies:VMWare and virtualized environments (Hypervisor and Virtual Desktop).Microsoft Office 365, including experience with Azure Active Directory and all of the Microsoft 365 product stack.Strong Networking background, with familiarity with Cisco and FortiNet devices.Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server (2012 > 2022) and Windows 10/11.Microsoft Azure.Microsoft Exchange Server.Experience with modern desktop management (SCCM, Intune).Experience with Active Directory design, implementation, and troubleshooting (including Group Policy, ADFS, DNS, DFSR, etc.).Additional skills:Comfortable talking to both existing and prospective customers.Exceptional relationship-building skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Excellent time management skills.Note:Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's level of skills and experience.You must be eligible to work and be based in New Zealand to apply for the job.Applicant must have a current NZ Driver's Licence.You will be required to complete a police check.If you fit the criteria and want to be part of a successful growing company, please include a cover letter outlining your experience, skills, and what you will bring to this role along with your CV.Are you motivated?
