We are seeking an ICT Asset and Compliance Manager to join our team and take charge of our software and hardware asset management, ensuring adherence to licensing, asset registry, and contractual obligations.
The Role: As the ICT Asset and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing both software and hardware assets within the ICT team.
You will ensure optimal management of ICT assets, maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and oversee audit responses and controls.
You: You'll bring exceptional mathematical and data analytics skills, capable of understanding and retaining a high volume of information related to hardware, software assets, and their variables.
Your proven academic capability (ideally in maths or science) sets you apart.
Ideally, you'll have experience managing assets in a complex, large organisation with many moving parts.
Your financial acumen, attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to manage asset data and compliance issues effectively.
With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you handle interactions with people at all levels with honesty and reliability.
You are a cooperative team player who promotes teamwork and collaboration.
Preferred qualifications: IT Service Management (ITSM) qualification Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) or equivalent ITIL Foundation Certification Proficiency with MS Excel, Dynamics 365, Word, and Visio About us: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment that values teamwork and innovation.
