Execute and communicate regionally and globally aligned omni-channel Marketing Calendar for NZ & Australia with the APAC Marketing to align the global calendar with regional needs and go-to-market strategy for each seasonal launch from Concept to Consumer calendar communication within the Regional Team (Merchandising; Sales; Inventory; Finance; Customer Service) to ensure cross-function teams are aware of calendar impacts eg. promotional stock requirements, impacts on workflow This role is responsible for : Execute and communicate globally aligned omni-channel Marketing Calendar for the region. Lead the execution of Global Community Management strategy within region. Lead all marketing initiatives for sales omni channels. Build the Annual Plan maximizing the reach of our paid, earned and owned media, PR, Agencies, Ambassadors and Partners in conjunction with the Regional GM and Regional Finance Manager ensure strong ROI discipline on all marketing programs Coach and develop a world class regional marketing team. Who you are : Equivalent of 5-7 years multi-channel marketing experience experienced in management and executional level, with experience in a product-based business and ideally in a company with retail, wholesale and e-com channels. A brand focused leader, who knows how to build iconic brands in their region through inspiring and engaging creative content with powerful brand and product communication, primarily through owned / earned / shared channels A strong people leader, experienced in working in a matrix organization with a global / local marketing team structure across the New Zealand and Australian marketplaces. Insight led approach to planning and development of marketing programmes with discipline around ROI of marketing programmes. Experienced at creating and managing the regional marketing budget using savvy big-ideas / small budget' approach to work willing to search out creative solutions.
