This role is perfect if you see yourself as someone who is keen to lead a team and assist in running the day-to-day operations both on and off ice. A little bit about you: You'll be passionate about glacier guiding and delivering world class experiences. You have experience in leading and mentoring teams. You are a qualified NZMGA Hard Ice Guide. You'll hold PHEC. You'll have an understanding of, or an eagerness to learn and engage with our Ngai Tahu values and te reo Maori.
