Provide product knowledge training to the team to enable them to deliver BEST IN CLASS experiences to our consumers Disrupt the Retail Sneaker market by developing a team of Sneaker Authenticators and premium Hype DC brand ambassadors Operational excellence Oversee daily operations of inventory management. Attention to detail with back of house standards. Work alongside Stock manager and stock assistants to maximise inventory intergity. Loss prevention compliance and commitment to excellence. Inventory management on product and potential branding partners. Closely manage wage costs to weekly wage targets. Empowered to recruit and onboard talent.
