Location: Hamilton branch, servicing clients in Thames, Coromandel, Whitianga, Paeroa and Te Aroha areas.
Working Hours: Full-time, with potential weekend work, overnight stays, and occasionally stay away from home.
Benefits: Health insurance coverage for you and your family.Company vehicle, fuel card and mobile phone.Uniform and PPE equipment.Comprehensive training in our products, services and safety practices.Qualification opportunities.Access to our employee reward program and career progression.Key Responsibilities: Conduct hygiene and cleaning services in washrooms and public toilets.Provide and maintain products within customer premises, including air fresheners, sanitisers, feminine hygiene units, toilet paper, paper towels and soap dispensers, among others.Address hygiene risks to create healthier and more enjoyable work environments.Maintain accurate records of services provided and follow up as needed.Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.Requirements: Eligible to work full-time in New Zealand.Full NZ driving licence with a clean driving record and the ability to drive a manual vehicle is preferable.Clean criminal record.Excellent customer service skills to build upon client relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Physically fit and able to adhere to health and safety standards.Able to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently.Willingness to drive long distances and stay away from home if required.High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets.Confident using a mobile phone service app and devices.Experience or knowledge in cleaning and hygiene is a plus.To ensure our success, this position requires successful candidates to complete a pre-employment assessment, which includes medical, reference, and criminal background checks.
