Our team prides itself on innovation, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Manage overseas and local orders, nurturing strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.Source and purchase supplies and materials, ensuring optimal stock levels.Oversee inventory management, maintaining efficient stock levels.Conduct back costing analysis to monitor project budgets and ensure profitability.Assist Sales in preparing precise cost estimates and developing hydronic heating system drawings.Requirements:Strong analytical and numerical skills.Proficiency with Simpro system or similar stock management and costing software.Experience in developing building service drawings and cost estimation.Physically fit, capable of operating heavy heat pumps and handling demanding tasks.Highly organized, clean, and tidy work habits.Proactive, self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.Native-level English proficiency, both verbal and written.Has valid residency visa or NZ citizenship.Preferred but Not Essential:Previous experience in hydronic heating or related industries.Valid manual driving license.Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese).Join us to be part of a team dedicated to excellence in hydronic heating solutions.
