What's the job? Vac U Digga is New Zealand's leading hydro excavation specialist. Hydro excavation is all we do, the level of expertise we've accrued doesn't happen overnight. It's the result of 18 years of civil construction experience and ten years of Research and Development.

While a background in hydro excavation is ideal, it's certainly not essential. We're proud to coffer comprehensive training – an initial 4–6-week block to set you up for success, with ongoing training after that. And since driving our machines is a key part of the job, we'll also pay for you to gain your Class 2 licence, if you don't have it already.
The technical stuff you'll need includes:
previous Hydro excavation experience is a plus Class 2 license Physically fit It's a physical job but one we're sure you'll enjoy. After all, you'll be working with an awesome crew who look out for each other and love a bit of banter.
