Hvac Ventilation & Ductwork Project Manager

Client

My client is a Contractor of HVAC Projects. Due to expansion plans, they are looking for a Ventilation & Ductwork Project Manager to join their team. The senior management team has extensive industry experience and is well-renowned within the UK.

The Role

The successful applicant will have experience in HVAC Project Management or as a senior Engineer, preferably within the Ductwork/Ventilation Sector, or candidates from an HVAC or Mechanical Engineering background. Ideally, located within commutable distance of St Leonards On Sea - East Sussex.

Main Responsibilities: Manage ductwork/ventilation & mechanical services scheduled maintenance, reactive and warranty call services for various clients throughout the UK.
Client/Account management skills essential. Liaise effectively at all levels.
Attend and report on client meetings.
Provide quotations for service and maintenance.
Procure subcontract labour, materials, and ancillary items.
Create Risk Assessments & Method Statements, raise orders, etc.
Requirements

Previous experience within the HVAC Ductwork/Ventilation industry and relevant legislation knowledge is essential, with knowledge of major suppliers' equipment within the market.

Project Management/Lead Engineer Experience.

Candidates will have a proven track record of building strong professional relationships and project management.
Package

In return, my client is offering a basic salary of £48k – 53k Basic DOE + Car, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, etc.
