Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Our clients are looking for experienced, detail-oriented HVAC Technicians to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems. You will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing HVAC systems. You will be responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs. You will guide and advise the customer to select the most appropriate air quality system to fulfil their requests. To succeed in this role, customer satisfaction, safety and comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient and have a high standard of organizational and troubleshooting skills. Duties and Responsibilities include: Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Complying with service standards, work instructions and customer requirements. Assisting with customer queries. Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Providing technical direction and on-the-job training. Technician Requirements: Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating. Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in confined spaces. Proven experience as a HVAC Technician, with a focus on commercial ventilation and air conditioning systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant trade qualification or certification in HVAC. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. A valid driving license.
