Hvac Sales Engineer / Estimator

About the opportunity: Our client, a well-established company located in Onehunga, Auckland, is actively seeking a skilled HVAC Sales Engineer / Estimator to join their team! 
This position will cover a wide range of responsibilities, including opportunity development, project pricing and management of the sale process. This is a senior role within the business working closely with the GM.
Responsibilities will include: Generating targeted project opportunities focused on the industrial and commercial sector to price. Accurately and competitively pricing these projects in a timely manner based on documentation provided. Building a pipeline of project work. Contact and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. This role will suit someone with all or some following background/experience/qualities:  Proven experience in a similar role in the HVAC sector would be optimal. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment and industry practices. Strong ability to analyse project requirements and accurately quote project jobs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
