The Role
As our HVAC Project Manager , you will take charge of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring each project meets timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. You'll work closely with clients, builders, subcontractors, and our internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Initiation : Attend project handovers and manage value engineering submissions and shop drawings.
Resource & Equipment Management : Order equipment, organize subcontractors, and program labour resources.
Financial & Contract Management : Control project finances, including claims and variations.
Site Management : Supervise site meetings and ensure quality control of installations.
Safety & Compliance : Oversee HSE requirements and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Problem Resolution : Address project issues, ensuring subcontractor performance and resolving delays.
Commissioning & Handover : Manage documentation, commissioning, client handovers, and defect liability periods.
Additional Responsibilities : Collaborate with architects and clients, design project proposals, and engage in tendering activities.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
Has 5+ years of project management experience in the HVAC or construction industry.
Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
Has a track record of delivering complex projects within deadlines and budgets.
Holds relevant qualifications in project management, engineering, or a related field.
Understands health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
