We're hiring a HVAC/BMS Supervisor to oversee the HVAC operations, including subcontractors, as well as respond to all service requests from the hospital.

About the role: Oversee the operations of the HVAC system, including preventative and planned maintenance works.
Update and maintain the Building Management System.
Monitor and drive rectification of KPI'S within times set by critical response guidelines, while ensuring safety is not compromised.
Ensure that all scheduled maintenance is completed within service level agreement timeframes.
About You: Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration essential.
Must be technologically savvy and be competent to use various computer systems.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
Have great attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
