Human Resources Coordinator - Fixed-Term

We are looking for a fun, professional to join our Human Resources team on a fixed-term basis, to assist with increased workload as we implement a new CES programme. Based in our offices in the heart of Rangiora, the key duties of the HR Co-ordinator will include: HR Administration including the preparation of contracts and other HR documentation Ensuring personnel records are accurate and comply with relevant legislation Managing remuneration information through Remwise and SP10 methodology Supporting managers with accessing employee information and updating position descriptions Creating and updating HR templates as required Our ideal applicant will have: At least 5 years experience in HR Administration A high level of digital literacy, with excellent skills in the Microsoft Office suite including MS Teams Excellent attention to detail and time management skills A positive and process improvement mindset Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships If you are looking to join a collaborative team who truly love what they do and the community they serve, then look no further – apply today!
