We have multiple Hub Host roles available to fit a variety of schedules, from positions for the full summer season to shorter-term roles for a more limited period - perfect for those seeking flexibility.
As a Hub Host, you'll play a vital role in enhancing each guest's experience, making sure every visitor feels welcome and well-informed about our resort's offerings. You'll provide outstanding guest service and be a knowledgeable resource on everything Cardrona has to offer, from lift passes to rentals and beyond. You'll actively promote, sell, and cross-sell our services, ensuring guests have everything they need for an amazing day on the mountain. Additionally, you'll handle day-to-day cash flow with precision, ensuring accurate till balancing and banking procedures.
What are we looking for in you?
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
