We are on the lookout for a superstar to join our dynamic Christchurch based manufacturing facility, who will be based on site within the factory. If so, then this could be the role for you!Role requirements:Supporting all business areas in the implementation and strategy of all HSEQ activitiesDevelop, drive, and improve HSEQ processes and proceduresAudit and report on HSEQ activitiesInvestigate defects, incidents, and near missesHelp develop, implement, and maintain a management system which adheres to international standardsLead, mentor, and motivate a small teamWho you are:Experienced in HSEQ management within a manufacturing environmentA self-motivated person with a proactive and compliant attitudeExcellent in communication, both written and verbalA team player with a strong sense of ownership and responsibilityA problem-solver with meticulous attention to detailDesirable qualifications and experience:Ideally have a minimum of 3 years prior leadership experienceQualified internal or lead auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and/or 45001 would be beneficialKnowledge or experience with an engineering discipline is an advantageWe offer a competitive salary, onsite café and parking, active social club and discounted health insurance for you and your family.
