We support a smoke-free, drug-free, and alcohol-free environment.The RoleWe are looking for a HSE & Compliance Lead to join our team to ensure Health and Safety standards, as well as Compliance Certifications across Skellerup Industries Limited (SIL), are maintained and continuously improved.Key Responsibilities:Health and SafetyCompliance and CertificationsEmergency Response ContactInternal TrainingAbout You:We are seeking a positive, proactive self-starter with a structured approach to work and a passion for all things Health & Safety.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:Relevant Qualification: Degree/Diploma Qualified in Manufacturing, Business, Health and Safety, or similar qualification.3-5 years of practical on-the-ground experience.IT Skills: Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and similar applications.Eagerness to Learn: Eager to listen, learn, and continuously improve.Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Communication Skills: Competency in both written and verbal communication.Problem Solving: Structured and analytical skills to tackle challenges with a methodical approach.This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in an established company.
