The team & opportunity: As a Zero Harm Advisor, you will provide technical advice, support, coaching and mentoring to internal stakeholders across a multitude of project lifecycles. This dynamic role will have a mix of office and site-based exposure and will have a focus on bringing people together to ensure we achieve our Safety objectives whilst contributing to the innovation of the business. Our ideal candidate: Cert IV in WHS partnered with demonstrated experience in a similar role. ICAM Lead Investigator and auditing qualifications are desirable. Excellent written and verbal skills with an emphasis on reporting. The ability to train, coach and develop various stakeholders on site and in the office. Collaborative communication style with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team which contributes to relationships creating success.
