Job Title: HSE Advisor - Solar Farm Construction Location: Northlands, New Zealand

About the Role: We're looking for an HSE Advisor for a solar farm construction project on the North Island. You'll ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.Conduct site inspections and audits for compliance.Provide HSE training and support to teams.Monitor HSE performance and report metrics.Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.Qualifications: Relevant HSE qualifications or degree in health and safety.3+ years' experience in HSE on construction projects, preferably with electrical scopes.Strong knowledge of New Zealand HSE regulations.Excellent communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE management tools.
