They are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has end to end hands on experience implementing an HRIS/Payroll system from project initiation to releasing a new solution.    About the role We are seeking a collaborative, diligent, and results-oriented Senior Project Manager with demonstrated experience in delivering HRIS and payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong reputation for delivery excellence, produce transparent and meaningful reporting, engage stakeholders effortlessly, and have a keen eye for identifying and managing risks and dependencies. Holiday Act Payroll experience is essential. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients HRIS and payroll solution projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, meeting the needs of the organisation and its stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the project's success and work closely with the Senior Product Owner, who will advocate for end-users, ensuring that business context is appropriately considered and integrated into the end-to-end solution design. Key Responsibilities: Set the critical path for the project, ensuring all phases are on schedule and within budget. Provide transparent and meaningful reporting on project progress, highlighting key milestones, risks, and dependencies. Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the project remains on track and any issues are resolved promptly. Specific skills: Hands on HRIS experince in ideally multiple projects end to end. Personality: collaborative, diligent and results orientated. Skills: reputation for delivery excellence, reporting that is transparent and meaningful, exceptional stakeholder engagement, solid risk management expertise. Responsibilities: set the critical path for the project, monitor progress and act as an advocate for the organisation, ensuring the project stays on schedule and on budget. Engagement with products owners, who will be the advocate for our end-users, ensuring that business context is appropriately considered and designed in an end-to-end view of new solution.
