YOUR ROLE This newly created role will give you the opportunity to carve out your own successful path at IAG.
Reporting to the People Connect Manager, your role is to craft and enhance the People Connect Operating model.
Your focus will be on drafting training and process materials, support and change management initiatives, implementing training and process improvements, including training the virtual agent/chatbox function and identifying automation and digitisation opportunities to enhance service outcomes.
You will act as the key engagement contact within the HR / Centre of Excellence teams partnering in the design of Tier 1 service to be supported by People Connect Critical to your success you have a generalist HR background, experience using ServiceNow (SNOW) and leveraging technology to identify and automate change.
Applications close Wednesday 7 August 23:59 AEST ABOUT YOU Experience with process improvement, from identifying to developing to embedding solutions Proven experience in development of training plans and providing coaching and support in a contact centre or shared services environment.
Experience with data manipulation tools, such as intermediate Excel skills Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow, including developing dashboards and reporting Experience in managing digital chat conversations and processes.
