HR/Recruitment Co-ordinator – Manufacturing – Londonderry – PermanentMCS Group is delighted to be working with a reputable Manufacturing organisation, to support them in hiring an HR/Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.The Role Reporting directly to the Senior HR Officer, the successful candidate will join the established HR team. You will provide a thorough service and offer support for all recruitment and HR needs.Key Responsibilities include –Provide support to the HR team in the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, absence management, employee relations and much more.Manage the recruitment and selection process end-to-end across the Derry site, and act as the first point of contact for any queries.Co-ordinate the onboarding process for new employees and provide support on inductions.Promote and support the well-being initiatives for the organisation and assist in events as required.Provide support on absence issues alongside the management of the time and attendance system.Maintain up to date knowledge of employment legislation.The above list is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.The Successful Candidate 1-2 Years experience within the HR function alongside strong Recruitment experience.Experience in using HR systems as well as the Microsoft office suite.Degree in HR or a relative subject, or a CIPD qualification (Desirable)Ability to manage time well and work within a fast paced organisation.What's on offer?
