At thl we believe that anywhere is possible.Position Overview:As aHR & Recruitment Advisor, you will be at the heart of our talent acquisition and human resource management. You will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, making a significant impact on our team and overall business success.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and proactively support the implementation and continuous improvement of Dayforce across NZ and AU.Human Resources:Provide comprehensive administrative support, assist in HR strategy development, update training content, support HR operations by offering advice on HR policies, procedures, workplace issues, and ensure compliance with employment laws.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of three years' hands-on HR generalist experience, covering various HR functions.Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment process including job analysis, position description writing, and advising on best practice recruitment processes.Experience in implementing Applicant Tracking Systems, and navigating digital transformation initiatives, is desirable.Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.Demonstrated effectiveness in applying HR knowledge and efficiently managing administrative tasks within a dynamic organisation.Experience handling employee relations and industrial relations issues, with a proven ability to manage and resolve conflicts professionally and fairly, is desirable.Up-to-date knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation, HR trends and best practices in people management to support leaders effectively.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record in managing projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results.Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Outstanding oral and written communications, editing and proof-reading skills including drafting policies, business letter templates, suitable internal communications and formal response letters.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various HR systems, with a significant advantage for knowledge of Dayforce; skilled at efficiently managing digital tools to streamline HR processes and demonstrating adaptability with digital platforms.Why Join Us?Be part of a globally connected and ambitious team.Work in a dynamic and supportive environment.Contribute to a company that values sustainability and enriching travel experiences.Be part of a team that lives and breathes travel.
