We are looking for a part-time HR/Payroll administrator to join the Dunedin region to deliver all facets of HR, payroll and recruitment throughout the region. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior experience to join a dynamic team and expand their current knowledge. This position is Monday - Friday, 20 hours per week. Start and finish times negotiable.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Recruitment; provide administration support for the HR function across recruitment, performance management, and employment exits.
Payroll; ensure payroll information and processing activities are completed within Corporate deadlines and be the "go to" for wage related queries.
Owning and administrating information and data in our payroll system.
Strong organisational skills: ability to prioritise and manage work with high attention to detail.
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
An understanding of the need for complete confidentiality at all times.
You will also contribute in any other duties or projects that are reasonably requested.
