Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will work with our Head Office HR and plant management teams to provide best practice advice and support in areas such as recruitment, induction, training and employee relations.The ideal candidate will have experience in HR or related discipline and will be seeking the opportunity to take the next step in their career. Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the business and within the local community is essential. Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment would be advantageous.Each day is varied, however tasks required for the role include:End to end recruitment process, including inducting new staff,Ensuring required employment documentation is completed and maintained in the HR system,Training and Development initiatives are rolled out,Coaching & Mentoring supervisors and managers to navigate Employment Relations on site,Communicating with Head Office HR to ensure people management on-site is effective and in-line with the company strategy.This is a part-time role of 30 hours per week, worked between 8:00am and 3:00pm with some flexibility required to meet business requirements.
