The role: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with Mpac's organisational strategy and future growth Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, implementing attraction and retention strategies Employee relations/performance management - providing expert advice and support across all levels Implement training and development programs and wellbeing initiatives Ensure all practices, policies and procedures remain compliant with current employment legislation, regulations and best practice Oversee Mpac's RSE program providing support to the RSE Manager and pastoral team About you: Experienced HR Manager or Business Partner - 5+ years – horticulture, manufacturing, FMCG or similar industries Tertiary qualification in HRM or similar Have a high level of energy and enthusiasm together with an affinity for people Flexible, adaptable to change and seasonal demands Effective communication skills and collaborative approach Strong working knowledge of employment legislation Experienced operating at both strategic and operational levels Mpac is a well-established and highly regarded company where employees are valued, and performance is recognised.
