What you'll be doing In this sole charge HR role, you report to the Managing Director and support a small population in NZ whilst being part of a wider global HR community. You will be across the full remit of HR duties from learning and development, providing pragmatic advice and guidance, global reporting, payroll oversight and HR projects. You'll be in the business working with managers and helping them to grow their leadership skills whilst also being happy to turn your hand to any task that helps the business run at its' best. There are projects to lead and also the design of initiatives to impact positively on business.
What you'll bring This could be a great step-up role to HR Manager for a current HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor, or alternatively for an experienced HR Manager looking for a role where they can get their arms around the full population. You'll have a strong generalist background, be comfortable coaching and developing HR practices and have excellent knowledge of NZ legislation. You'll have strong project management skills and ideally have worked in a global company. This is a straight up, down to earth environment, so you'll be someone who enjoys operating in that way.
