This role reports to the General Manager Operations and will include working across our aquatic, leisure, fitness, and recreation facilities throughout the country supporting our team in all things HR! Your key duties and responsibilities include:Review, develop, and implement policies and procedures for our company of over 700.Conduct HR audits by identifying gaps in policy, procedure, and employment contracts.General HR Administration support to our Facility ManagersLead our recruitment processes, including developing adverts, pre-screening and shortlisting applicants, and conducting pre-employment checks right through to induction.Ensuring training and development procedures are in place for all staff.Negotiation of Collective Employment AgreementsOversee our online time and attendance system.Performance management and disciplinary proceduresWe are a seven day a week business so some weekend work will be required supporting our teams on the ground!Skills and ExperienceTertiary qualification in Human ResourcesA minimum of two years working in a HR Manager roleExperience working with Unions.Experience working with a range of people showcasing your communication and customer-centric skills.Strong ability to use Microsoft Office suite of applications.Proven ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.Free fitness centre membershipMedical InsuranceFlexible working hours however travel around the country to visit our facilities will be required on occasion.Career growth through promotional opportunities and mentoring by industry experts in a successful Kiwi-owned company.Supportive and inclusive team where we know people are at the heart of our success.How to applyIf this role sounds like you, please click on the apply button and follow the prompts.
