About the Role The primary purpose of this role is to provide timely and accurate support to the wider HR team in respect of HR Information System reporting and analysis and assisting the team to onboard, offboard and ensuring timely payments to our employees via payroll.
This is a small HR administration team of two that is supported by the wider People and Communications team.
The work sits alongside that of the payroll team and plays an important role in ensuring out staff are paid accurately and timely.
Our offices are located on site at Rotorua Hospital.
About you Experience in database administration and reporting is essential for this role as well as the understanding of database mechanisms and workings.
High level of detail and accuracy required to ensure our data capture remains accurate.
Ability to be self directed and motivated is essential as well as being customer service focused.
