About the Role We are looking for a motivated and hands-on HR professional who enjoys and has experience across all-things HR.
As a key part of our Australia and New Zealand Human Resources and People Team, this role will provide on-the-ground HR support and guidance to our fast-growing New Zealand business.
We are looking for someone who can quickly become invested in the business and its effervescent culture, including growing our employee experience and brand.
This role will see responsibility for: Partnering with our New Zealand People leaders to support and grow their teamsProviding day-to-day HR support on HR queries and initiativesSupporting the Recruitment Officer with recruitment and contribution to employer branding initiatives specific to the New Zealand marketPerformance management and providing advice, coaching, and support to managers on employment-related matters including complex and sensitive mattersSupport of learning and development programs both new and existingAdministration and review of employee benefitsEmployee onboarding, changes, and offboarding, and providing recommendations for process improvementsCompletion of HR reporting and data analyticsAssisting the Head of HR & People in the end-of-year compensation processSupporting the delivery of HR projects and initiatives that improve the employee experienceGeneral HR tasks including managing employment agreements and changesAbout You As an HR all-rounder, it's essential that you have strong knowledge and experience within a similar HR role for at least 3 years.
As this role is hands-on, with no task too small, you will need a high level of drive and energy as well as be adaptable and versatile to juggle multiple tasks.
You will be confident in working independently whilst also collaborating on and contributing to ANZ-wide people programs, processes, and initiatives.
A high level of initiative and a proactive approach is crucial to success in this role along with the ability to develop and foster relationships with leaders and employees.
You will have a sound understanding of New Zealand employment legislation and be confident in providing guidance and advice on employment relations and managing performance management processes and conversations.
This role is perfect for someone with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail whilst being balanced with a confident, friendly, and approachable manner.
