HR Executive / Senior HR Executive / HR Manager
DSi is a leading software company with 300 people, known for delivering large-scale software solutions to the Government of Bangladesh and having a significant International presence in countries like the USA, England, New Zealand, Asia, and Africa. We are committed to attracting, developing, and retaining the best talents to leverage the latest technologies and deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
We have around 50 ongoing projects, with more being added regularly. To support our expansion, we continuously recruit Software Engineers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and non-technical positions. Additionally, We organize training sessions for our employees & provide HR related support. As we continue to grow in this industry, we are looking for a talented HR professional to support our dynamic HR operations.
We are looking for both junior level and senior level candidates. Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in well established companies for the junior level. Minimum 7 years of experience for the senior level. Experience in the Software & IT Firms will be a plus. A formal degree in HR is highly recommended. Sound knowledge in Recruitment & HR Operations. Working knowledge and experience with local Labour Laws is a must. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla. You must be a well organized person, with a high level of attention to details in your daily work life. Responsibilities Forecast recruitment needs quarterly by collaborating with Team Leads/Project Managers & the Management Executives. Identify requirements and design the best recruiting strategies for each position. Write job descriptions & requirements for job advertising to be posted onto the company website, job boards & social media. Source qualified candidates & assist team leads in shortlisting resumes. Communicate with prospective candidates and arrange written exam/programming tests & interviews. Develop relationships with universities, attend career fairs/seminars and target audience events that help to promote the company brand. Supervise On Campus Recruitments, Internship Placements, and Industrial Attachment activities of the company. Communicate with company clients to understand their requirements & assign engineers to the project accordingly. Plan and execute career advancement activities for employees. Arrange training sessions & provide support in HR operational activities.
