Hr/Er Advisor – 3 Months Fixed Term

Get in touch if you have strong ER skills and are looking for a 3 month contract contributing in a not for profit organisation doing really important work in the community. Hybrid work and flexiblity in hours, West Auckland based offices.
Here's what you'll be doing
You'll hit the ground running, picking up a range of ER case management and working autonomously to resolve issues. This could included all aspects of discplinary, performance management, misconduct, medical incapacity – handling them right through to termination and attending mediation.
Skills and experience you'll bring
You're an experienced HR generalist with strong, demonstrable experience handling a broad range of ER cases and are happy to focus in this area.
